Braxton S. ThrashBraxton Scott Thrash is originally from Selma, Alabama, but also spent several years in Prattville, Alabama, and Hot Springs, Arkansas. He has been nearly a decade in Tuscaloosa since coming to college at the University of Alabama in 2002. After spending the 2004-2005 school year at the University of Tübingen in Germany, he obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in German, summa cum laude, from the University in 2007. He also participated in the Blount Undergraduate Initiative, an interdisciplinary liberal arts honors curriculum, and was a star member of its intramural, flag football squad. Braxton continued his studies at the University of Alabama School of Law and graduated, magna cum laude, in 2010. While in law school, he was a member of the 2009-2010 Campbell Moot Court Board and also assisted students and local residents through his time at the Law School's Civil Clinic. He enjoys college football and basketball and spends his free time training in the martial arts and taking time with his wife and two dogs.
